Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using SafeTrips.biz, a taxi hailing app provided by SafeTrips.biz. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.  Service Provision:

1. biz provides a platform that connects passengers with taxi drivers. We do not provide transportation services directly but facilitate the booking and communication process between passengers and drivers.
2. The availability and quality of transportation services are the sole responsibility of the drivers. We do not guarantee the availability, safety, reliability, or quality of the drivers or their vehicles.
3. Users must ensure that the information provided during registration and booking is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Users are responsible for their interactions and transactions with drivers.

2. User Eligibility:

1. Users must be at least 18 years old to use SafeTrips.biz. By accessing or using our services, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and local rules when using our services. Any illegal or unauthorized use of SafeTrips.biz is strictly prohibited.

3. User Conduct:

1. Users are solely responsible for their actions, behavior, and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Users must not engage in any activity that may disrupt, interfere with, or harm the functionality or security of SafeTrips.biz.
2. Users must not misuse, abuse, or harass drivers or other users. Any form of discrimination, offensive language, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.
3. Users must not attempt to circumvent or manipulate our platform’s features, pricing, or payment systems. Fraudulent activities or unauthorized access to other users’ accounts is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments:

1. biz facilitates payment transactions between passengers and drivers. Passengers agree to pay the fare displayed at the end of their trip, which may include additional charges such as tolls or surcharges.
2. Payments can be made through the app using approved payment methods. Passengers authorize SafeTrips.biz to process the payment on their behalf and may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the payment processor.
3. biz may deduct service fees, commissions, or other charges from the fare before remitting the payment to the driver. Passengers agree to the fare breakdown and understand that additional charges may apply for cancellations or changes to bookings.

5. Intellectual Property:

1. biz and its associated trademarks, logos, graphics, and content are owned by SafeTrips.biz and protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app solely for its intended purposes.
2. Users must not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works of SafeTrips.biz or its content without prior written consent from SafeTrips.biz.

6. Limitation of Liability:

1. biz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or reputation.
2. biz does not assume any responsibility for the actions, behavior, or negligence of drivers, passengers, or third parties. Any disputes between users must be resolved directly between the parties involved.

7. Amendments and Termination:

1. biz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the app or its services at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of SafeTrips.biz after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified.
